Do not buy this project at all... They promise something and deliver something else. All the photos shown here are 4 floor while some of the towers actually being developed are 6 storeyed! With single lift, same car parking space and Raipur's heat I am sure people would have different preferences between a 4 storey building and a 6 storey building. And the worst part is, on challenging, builder says the photos in marketing planner has nothing to do with actual development!! The project was for 256 flats but the draw (when it gets decided who gets which flat) was done for 512 flats !!! The other 256 flats being the the new ones which are not yet built at all. And all this without informing buyers!! Consequently, some of the poor buyers who were paying installments for almost 2 years now got allocated a flat which has not even started to get built yet. And on countering the builder says, iska kuchh nahi ho sakta, jo karna hai aap kar lijiye. Extremely horrible experience with Dhebar builders on this one and strongly recommend people not to buy this project at all.
